1.  Early-bird prices:  Discount due by 31th of January 2020 for exhibitors.

2.  Exhibitors' address: The provided exhibitors Addresses will be listed on the expo website and printed exhibition directory as their contacts, Please check it and make sure the provided information correct and updated.

3.  Product category index: please provide at least 1 product/service category so that buyer could easily search your products/service in the category.

4.  Industry index: Please provide at least 1 industry category so that buyers could easily search your company in the industry.

5.  Exhibitors delegation: customized service for government organizations and associations from all over the world. Favourable prices would be offered for the delegation.

6.  Hetels and flight: since it's on season in October Shanghai, please book your hotel and flight ticket in advance.If you need to apply China visa, please make your schedule 6 weeks before the show's opening.

7.  Exhibition booth: the basic unit of booth is 9sqm, all 9sqm-27sqm booths are sold as standard booths, 36sqm and above booths could be sold as raw space booth(special designed and constructed) and standard booth(constructed and charged by organizer).

8. Raw Space booth: no matter the official appointed contractor or non-official appointed contractors, pleaes provide all the required information and forms carefully as the Exhibitor Manual stated (such as electricity supply, UPS power supply, furniture rental, water supply/drainage, gas supply,ect)
